What are your delivery costs?
We breakdown our delivery costs by checkout totals (before VAT).
£0-£50 = £5
£50-150 = £10
£150-£250 = £20
£250-£400 = £30
£400+ = £FREE
How long will my order take to arrive?
Dispatch refers to the period of time it takes for us to make your customised product and pass it to the postal service or courier for delivery. This is different to the delivery time, which is how long the delivery service takes to get the package from our warehouse to your home. We endeavour to dispatch all orders placed between Monday-Friday (before 2pm) the next working day, for our courier to deliver to you. Items of larger dimensions may take additional time to be palette wrapped, but you will be updated via email at each stage of the delivery process.
Do you deliver outside of the UK?
We currently only accept Mainland UK orders via our website. However, if you would like to place an order to a location outside of these residences, please use the Contact Form to provide us with detail on your request.
I would like an item marked 'out of stock', when will this return?
We are in constant communication with our suppliers and for this reason, ‘out of stock’ items never remain this way for long. If you would like to enquire directly about a specific item, please direct your question to the Contact Form. If an item previously stocked on the website is now no longer visible, it is likely this has been discontinued.
How do I save money by sharing to social media?
I have VAT exemption, how do I checkout with VAT removed?
